Academic Publishing
To be Scheduled
Many AFT Michigan higher education members publish, either out of desire, job requirement, or both. The National Writers Union (NWU)UAW Local 1981) has determined that academic publishing contracts are among the worst in the business. This
program, presented in conjunction with NWU, will: 1) Discuss the good and the bad of
the world of publishing] and 2) Provide essential information writers need to know
before entering into publishing contracts.
