Community and Media Outreach

The training will cover building media relationships, putting together events and promoting them in the community, developing talking points and more, to help you develop a community outreach program and promote accurate information and good feelings toward your union. This training is part of a larger program to assist locals in community outreach.

Leadership Development

This training is designed to enhance and provide leaders with the tool needed to become a more
effective leader. The training will highlight strengthening the union by involving and activating
the membership. Participants will learn about the sate federation resources services and programs
important to running a local union and representing the membership.
